How to Use: Apply to underwear during your cycle. Wear for up to 12 hours. After use, rinse to clean. Store in its carrying pouch until you are able to wash on a cold cycle with regular detergent. Hang to dry.
Replace 3 times a day, as you would a regular pad, unless you wash throughout the day.
